Artist Empowerment Opportunities Alliance (AEOA)

The Artist Empowerment Opportunities Alliance is a club entity designed for artists who are seeking to maximize their potential and enhance their quality of life. Registered members (free) become a part of the database for referrals to potential gigs. More importantly, they also have access to the resource banks, free entry to all events including workshops & seminars.  The long-term goal is to provide supplemental scholarships and supply short-term equipment purchase loans to qualified members.

Announcement:  
Music Concert & Tribute Ceremony Celebrate Sidemen
Slated for 2010

This is the first of an annual event.  The event presents an opportunity to celebrate the support staff musicians, lovingly tagged sidemen, in an official and formal way. This concert will include a formal brunch and inductee ceremony followed by a concert. The concert will be an extravaganza allowing these professional sidemen to enjoy the role of honored guest in the presence of their families, fans, friends and other well-wishers. The selected in-concert musicians will be chosen to perform based on their contribution to the genre of jazz and will be compensated for their participation.
